All the twists and turns
Whats that feeling of confidence? the one where you just know everything will fall into place eventually. Sometimes you don't dare trust it as you cant see how. But then something unexpected happens.
This time the outcome is that I will be staying in Sydney, Likely for another 2 years.

The end is near
As there has been no posts for a while, I decided to do a bulk one with pictures form the past weeks, or months even. A few things have happended since last time. A few birthdays, and a few less people. Rajdarn, Mikkel, Kamil, Malin and Ayumi have left the island. And Gustav is soon to go too. I sense winter is starting to loose its grip around Sydney even though its mostly quite strong. But the weather has been decent for a little while now, apart from today which reminds me of London. I'm still busy at Deepend and I will be there till the end of the month. Then I'm off on a round trip. Where next is still to be announced.
Any how.. here we go. its not in chronological order
Mug shots from Gustav, Mikkel and Rajdarns house cooling party. Just before they where about to move out.
Yesterday (Sat 11th of July) Me and Kat decided to rent a car and drive for about 1hour and a half to do a bush walk in the blue mountains and have a picnic in the rain forest. It was great!
Here are a few pics for the adventure.
We found an evening cafe doing live Jazz on Glebe point road. Its realy good.
A few weeks ago we where invited to C3 and Aron's to make home made Pasta, it was a great whole day event. And it turned out really well.
Here is the starter which was home made beetroot fettuccine, roast veggies and goats cheese.
For mains we had home made Ravioli with traditional Maltese rabbit, mint and green pea filling.
The powdery stuff is semolina we had to sprinkle over the pasta before cooking.
Adrian, Xander & C3 arguing over how to get the pasta sheets right.
Kat preparing the dessert
Kat behind veggies from the food market
Hyde park, close to my house
...
Sydney as seen from Harbour Bridge
Last night me and Kat went to an Indian sweet shop after dinner
The last week before departure, Malin & Kamil left the country they stayded at my place, as a thank you they got us tickets for Gold Class cinema to see Terminator. You sit in big confy chairs, and get served food and drinks. On top of that we where the only ones in the whole cinema.
Loved it
After my birthday dinner we went to have a few drinks at a pub called The Local. I really like it and it has god lots of atmosphere.
Us leaving Wagaya where we had my birthday dinner.
Egg on my trousers and on the floor at a Teppanyaki restaurant at Shanes birthday
Me and Joseph at Malaysian Roti
Toys we won for Kat
Me and Gustav having breakfast at the Falconer
"Finders keepers" - Market
The aftermath of our dinner at Sydney's best Chinese hot pot restaurant.
At Wagaya you can order cocktails where you get to add the flavors your self like this.
